Interview
The hiring process was dealt with directly by the team and not HR or talent representative. Over email and teams calls everyone seemed super lovely. I was told I would hear in the next week regarding the next stage and then got completely ghosted. Never heard back from any follow up emails either. I totally understand that you can’t be a great fit for every role, but communication or response is only fair.

Interview
Had a zoom interview fairly quickly after sending my application. It was a a casual interview, I am very much well qualified for the role and felt I gelled well with the person interviewing and left on a positive note saying I'll hear back in a week.
Sadly, it turned into a negative experience as I was ghosted hence why I noted the interview as difficult. I'm thankful to not work for a company like this if this is how they choose to handle applicants who took time of their day to attend an interview. To cut a long story short, I followed up and there was still radio silence. I heard back after four weeks with a very generic rejection email stating someone with more experience got the role, I would appreciate more feedback so we know how to do better for our next interviews, its really not that difficult - in this horrible job market its the least interviewers can do.
