IT Managers Software Developer interview questions

Got a technical interview round here, and my first impression is that the one who conducted the interview has no background in the industry or the position that I am applying for. Due to that, there is no clear or correct answer except for the definitions that you may able to find online instead of basing it through experience, examples or implementation, and correct scope of the questions.
