ISBM interview questions

It was normal process. They said they will give training session so that I don't face any issue. They also asked if I had any database and I got selected.

2 stage interviews 1t round is took by the Branch Manager and the 2nd round by the Zonal Head. The candidate should have good confidence, attitude and knowledge about sales and strategies. Should be cable enough to handle tough situation and pressure.
