second interview had all the same exact questions, they never read notes from my first interview.. so I was basically repeating myself. The first interviewer was in the next room and she was just re-listening to my answers

It was a standard interview process with a phone screening, first and second interviews. Met with direct manager, and the site manager. The team was open and easy to speak with.
