IPayX interview questions

I was interviewed by the COO and Head of Dev. as the time. The interview was very laid back and focused on what I could bring to the table. The culture was very close knit and felt like a small family of sorts. Potential candidates really have to be self starters and take initiative to make sure they complete their assigned tasks.
