Personality tests such as DISC and MBTI were asked to fill up before the interview. An online first interview was conducted, it was optional to do it whether in Mandarin or English. Most of the questions were also personality based and how you deal with different scenarios/how did you feel. A lot of follow up questions from your answers in the questions before.

Even though my wifi disconnected during the online interview, but the overall experience was smooth. The HR representative was very nice and polite, making the process comfortable and positive, and the response rate was considered fast.
