Interview
I met a college alumni and told that I am looking for a job. He told me that he's working with IPE Global Limited and there is a vacancy for a Planner. I emailed him my CV and got a call from his supervisor the same day. I was called for an interview the next evening. 2 people, Senior Program Manager and Program Manager, took my interview and asked me the most basic questions. We discussed the remuneration and I got confirmation the next day.
But processing the contract at HR level took some time so my joining was delayed by about 10 days.

The interview process was decent where required members showed up on time without any rescheduling of date or time. The asked me to cisit the office for final round of interview
