Interview
It was three rounds of interviews, to know your background, experinecs, perspectives The interview process was well-structured and professional. It consisted of an initial screening, followed by discussions focused on my experience, problem-solving approach, and role-specific competencies. The interviewers were courteous, and the overall process was transparent, smooth, and provided a clear understanding of the role and expectations.
