I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at INFOGRID (United Kingdom) (London, England) in Sept 2020
Interview
One of those sucky little companies that doesn’t bother getting back to you after an interview with feedback, or even to let you know you’ve been unsuccessful. Unreal to still be treating human candidates like this in 2020. At least they’re hiring someone who might make interviewing with this company a less crappy experience in future.

Question 1
All generic questions. Got the impression the interviewer didn’t have much experience of what a candidate would need to be skilled at to be successful in the role.
I applied through other source. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at INFOGRID (United Kingdom) (London, England) in Sept 2020
Interview
Initial 45 minute video Interview, followed by a 1.5 hours F2F presentation. Both sessions very engaging and challenging. The final stage would have been to meet the CEO who Interviews everyone at final stage - which is a really positive sign. Sadly I did not make it that far.
The company is scaling and has a very compelling proposition. The people I engaged with were very nice and clearly enjoy working there.
