brief and simple, not difficult. Quiet location, pleasant tone. Assessment online, in person interview afterwards. Morning interview, offered coffee as I waited. Took a tour of facility. Meet with hiring manager and shift supervisor

I met with them via campus recruiter, was contacted by HR and then scheduled a phone interview. It was very basic, company was not the right fit for me so I opted out of furthering the process.
