Interviewed by COO online. First 2 questions were typical interview questions, then the sessions went more to whether I have any questions to the company, and casual discussion on the how work's gonna be there, talking about brands I know, etc.

Good interview process. You will be asked regarding your job experiences and you will be given a test to prove your skills (depending on the position). HR will be in touch all the time.

Question 1
Basic questions such as describe yourself, what are your job experiences and projects that you have worked for in the past.
firstly interviewed with COO, then interviewed with CEO together with several staffs in another day.
I got offer on friday and they require me to reply my decision on monday 12pm, it was really rush to clarify my doubts.
Dramatically, I asked if salary is negotiable, and they said yes. And after I provided my reasons very politely, they rejected it, then I still signed the offer. Things happened all in a sudden, they suddenly retracted my offer with no reason provided! RETRACTED THE OFFER RIGHT AFTER I SIGNED IT!
The feedbacks are so true, the company act like such a baby, I'm now just thankful that there isn't any loss.
