ICL Fincorp interview questions

Simple basic questions asked and my expected salary. They want employees with low salary that's their only aim nothing more or less. One of their board members interviewed me through zoom after their HR screening.The overall process was easy and relaxing

The interview process was conducted in very haphazard and amateurish manner. There were more than 150 candidates for various positions. There were no seating arrangements and was held at a cramped up office and candidates who waited in the hot summer heat were not even given a glass of water. All candidates were made to fill up a lengthy from and the same was to be returned for sorting.There was utter confusion all around. So called HR personnel takes the first round ofinterview and the second and final round is taken by the MD & CEO. The MD & CEO lacked professional etiquette and started combing his hair with a round comb in the midst of the interview. He was also wearing a orange transparent shirt which was inappropriate for conducting an interview. He was not interested in the skills of the candidate but only on how low a pay package was the candidate willing to work. Although they advertise that their pay package is the best in the industry it is far from reality. Pay is meager. Interviews with most candidates with the CEO & MD last only a couple of minutes and saw a lot of candidates leaving with a glum face. HR nor the CEO & MD dont tell you much about the Company and lack professionalism.
