asked some basic interview questions by the founders. Then HR gave me a test with basic reading and math skills which I thought weird and unnecessary. They also talk about your score as if it was SAT exam score.

Interview
I was contacted by a recruiter for the position of Director in their training department. They had me meet with someone who I would be reporting to. She didn't have a lot of 'Director type' questions and didn't seem to be enthusiastic to even be with the company.
I never received a call back from the recruiter as to what was the next step in the process or if I would even be meeting with someone else. Very unprofessional, very laissez faire attitude. I finally called the recruiter and told them I was no longer interested.

Tell me about some of the projects you've worked on.
Very detailed, included a pre interview questionnaire that was several pages long, and then 6 hours of in person interviews. Very thorough, went through every single question. People were nice.
