Interview
Had a really positive first remote interview with the talent lead: a traditional screener call with questions about my career experience and a few about me, to establish cultural fit. Interview format was standard questions and answers but quite informal - it lasted about 30 mins.
The second round with the current marketing and ops director was less positive. She was 10 mins late (for a 30 minute interview) and didn't seem to have any questions prepared. It was an informal chat with questions such as "what are you all about then?". She explained she had got into the role despite not knowing about marketing.
It all felt rushed as there were only 20 minutes left, so I didn't really get a chance to go into much detail of my experience. The only competency question asked was "have you done demand generation?". She looked quite bored and didn't make any notes.
After the interview I emailed both people to thank them but didn't hear back. I also messaged the talent lead on LinkedIn (which she had previously messaged me on multiple times) and didn't get a response. Ghosted on all fronts.

Interview
On the third round, the manager who was supposed to interview me never showed up, and I sat waiting for almost an hour. They had given me a sorry excuse and asked to reschedule. Once we finally had our interview, the manager seemed uninterested and asked me questions that made no sense. I would not have accepted that position after my encounter with who would be my manager, but it's worth noting that they never got back to me.

Interview
It was the first round of interviews. The HR said I was selected for the next round. I pinged her after three days, asking for the day to follow up, and all she could do was ghost me. she dint even have the courtesy to even decline, she enjoyed me asking her.
