3 Steps process after the inital CV check. First interview is only 15 minutes of questions and a problem solving test for 45 minutes. Second and Third interviews are interviews and case problems. 30 minutes of questions and 1 hour to solve the case.
Pros: the process is quite clear and seems to move on in a fast pace.
Cons:
There were so many people involved in this process that I had no idea who to contact and because they don't have an HR, the people in the interviews are not really ready to do these interviews. Questions were incredibly convuluted and they were not really clear with any questions.
They can't really answer any administrative questions because they don't have HR so just be aware.
You need to praise them ALL the time, say they are amazing and you must be convinced that the work they do is better than every other consulting company
