The questions were very basic and straightforward, but the manager stated during the interview that she didn't realize I did not yet have a Bachelors (although this was clearly stated on my resume). She reduced the offered pay from $12/hour to $8/hour for only 2 days a week, stating that she would increase the pay after the first month (but this was never given in writing). She seemed desperate to hire someone and had me start working right away to clean the place, even though I had not even finished my employment paperwork. No offer letter was given and, after feeling very suspicious about the whole encounter, I declined to work there.
