Interview
The recruiter was fantastic to work with, and scheduling time was easy although it did take a bit of time to hear back from recruiter. People were really nice and friendly to talk to. They have specific desires and needs for each position, which is fair, but to hear that my background was not a match after three rounds of interviews is a bit annoying. I feel as though my background should have been reviewed before setting up the call.

Interview
The people were all nice, but process was long and drawn out. There were 10 interviews in total, including a take-home assignment. I was told the last call would be a demo and opportunity to see how the founders like to collaborate. It ended up feeling like a free product consultation where I was given minimal details on what users thought or did, even when I asked direct questions, but kept being asked for feature ideas.
Straightforward. Met with the CEO a couple of times, then with key people on the revenue team. I was impressed with the caliber of the team. Everyone I spoke with after meeting with the CEO was thoughtful, showed passion for their work, and seemed like genuinely good people.
