Humio Pre-Sales Engineer interview questions

Interview process was chaotic to say the least. Had to call multiple times to secure intreview. Then had a call with hiring manager... Then nothing happened... No contact anymore. Process when dead. Does this translates a lack of respect for candidates who do not fit the profile, and therofre are not worthy of any respect ?
