I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at HubSpot (Dublin, Dublin) in Aug 2021
Interview
The first screening with HR was great. The HR preached about how transparent they are, that is in the culture book that they give to you for reading before the first interview.
I had an interview with the hiring manager and despite the good talk, he left me with the impression that they were devs converted to PM, as they have a little talk with customers, other than looking at the data. Never met PMs that don't talk to customers. I talked to 2 Group Product Managers from 2 different positions that said that visit customer was a bit extreme.
There was no more communication after that. I've sent an email to HR to request quick feedback as it is in their interview process to receive one in case of rejection by the hiring manager. No response. I found that disappointing as they were so strong about how different they are and transparent...

Recruiter call. Zoom interview. Basic experience and behavioral questions talking about work history and projects and scope. Asked about oghanization size and project technical specs for different work history and went through previous roles.
