Screening Call with Recruiter who was exceptional and a credit to Hubspot.
Followed by a zoom interview with the hiring manager which consisted of a role play plus some STAR based competency questions. Lovely hiring manager again and very interesting to speak with. Role Plays are never something that comes naturally to me I'm more of a real-life person but understand the concept behind this approach and see how it can give a good sense of how someone would converse in the situation.

The last three rounds are considered as one and the evaluates the candidate on various aspects of company culture.
45-minute interview with HR person, followed by a 1-hour interview with the CSM Manager.All interviews will be conducted online.Before the HR meeting, you will receive a link to the culture code, which outlines their values and culture.
