I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at HowNow (London, England) in Mar 2024
Interview
The interview process was pretty standard and the people who interviewed me were very friendly and seemed like a nice bunch.
The turnaround in between the 2nd and 3rd stages was relatively quick, which wasn't an issue. However, I was initially told it was a three-step process, but it turned out to be four. Plus, I had to chase for an answer a couple of times to see if I'd got the position.
*Something worth bringing to people's attention - someone at HowNow told my CEO I'd applied for the role (guessing it was someone pretty senior in the business). This isn't acceptable and there's no way I can tell I didn't get the role because of this breach of confidentiality. I'm pretty fortunate this didn't effect my current position.
Standard initial phone call booked in for 30 mins. Spoke for nearly an hour, good vibes then I received a follow up email to book in a 2nd interview with someone in C-Suite, which I was stoked about. I gave my availability and heard nothing back, followed up after a week, nothing. Followed up for a third time after 2 weeks and nothing. If that is how unorganised the interview process is, I am happy to have dodged a bullet, internal processes must be a mess.

Negative experience. I was approached for the interview and Kumar made it quite clear I didn’t have the right experience early on and from then on was very rude and dismissive and didn’t seem engaged. Found the whole interview to be a negative experience for me.
