An initial interview which you can choose to talk on the phone or go to Houzz office. I chose to go to their office. A recruiter first came welcoming me and showed me around their office. Another recruiter came and told me more details about Houzz. Finally I interviewed with an architect at Houzz... He is smart and asked all sorts of tech questions (not just whiteboard coding). Everyone is very kind and I think it'd be a very good place to work at.

It is a phone interview. The interviewer asked my previous project in detail, and then asked me to solve a coding problem. This problem is not very difficult but he required me to improve the time complexity. They use coderpad, which can compile and run your code. The interviewer is nice, and the whole procedure is fast and fluent.
