Interview was promptly arranged by human reduce in charge. As it was during Covid period, the interview was conducted online. Interview was conducted by panel of interviewers. Questions focus on past experience and future goals and developments. Overall it was a pleasant and respectful interview.

Interview
There were 2 rounds of interviews and a written assessment before the 2nd round of interview, which has to be completed within a given duration. Interviewers were friendly, and did not ask very difficult questions.
Questions were fairly straightforward. Had to write an essay to answer topics pertaining to the job. Salary offer was not too good. Interviewed by Director level at HDB Hub. Recruitment process took some time to complete.
The selection process consists of a virtual Teams interview, followed by a writing test and a final in-person interview. Note that the writing test and in-person interview were contingent upon passing the initial virtual Teams interview. Many candidates were invited for the interview btw.
