There were 2 rounds of interviews and a written assessment before the 2nd round of interview, which has to be completed within a given duration. Interviewers were friendly, and did not ask very difficult questions.

The selection process consists of a virtual Teams interview, followed by a writing test and a final in-person interview. Note that the writing test and in-person interview were contingent upon passing the initial virtual Teams interview. Many candidates were invited for the interview btw.
