Interview
Went into the office and did a few assessments, had interviews with two different supervisors. The assessments consisted of typing tests. We had a few typing tests that we had to pass to ascertain how many WPM we could type.

After checking in with the front desk, I was escorted to an office to do a typing assessment. Afterwards, a Web Advisor Supervisor came down to interview. Asked many of the standard interview questions. Webhosting experience isn't necessary, but being self-driven & able to troubleshoot technological issues are definitely a quality they look for

Interview
they make sure you can type fast then ask you what you know about basic website set up questions (DNS, Name Servers, A records, ETC) then they ask you basic questions like what would you do if you were in this situation. They really aren't looking for knowledgable people they are looking for people with good customer service.
