Applied online then 2 weeks later, received an email to setup a phone interview from recruiter. Discussed my background and HortonWorks. Appeared that they were looking for highly technical developer types who were already working. I should have read prior reviews before applying to better prepare myself for off the wall questions. Expect the unexpected with this employer.
