Interview
Easy enough-- they start with a general interview asking about your experiences and qualifications, then they set up a video interview. For this, they send you the materials you'll need to look at on the portal, and then structure it so that you're showing them how you'd teach the lesson.
Very simple. You fill out an application with emphasis on your experience and then if they like what they see they will offer a mock lesson interview. In this interview they go over the expectations and then have you pretend to teach a young student during a lesson.

How do you help a student who is struggling to blend?
Phone interview followed by five minute mock lesson. Background check and onto training. The people were friendly and the process was quick and easy. I love the job until they no longer worked with teachers from my state.
