The big focus during the in person interview was if you had sales experience and if you were able to meet sales quota. They weren't concerned with other skill sets.

Pick a toy, how would you sell this to a customer?
Applied online and was invited to attend a face to face interview. Interview was casual and easy. The manager was kind and welcoming - spoke about the company positively and really sold the job. I was then invited for a trial which after I received a call back to start.
