Homeland Manager, Recruiting interview questions

1st with Head of Sales and Recruiting, 2nd had a call with the CEO, Tiffany Woosley, and final interview was with the Director of Sales who is really an account executive and individual contributor. Each call was about an hour; however, I spend 1 hour and 45 minutes with the CEO. Fairly casual with questions relating to my background and how I would manage people.
