3 Interviews asking typical interview questions along with personal life questions (ie. where do you wanna be in 5 years, what do you enjoy, etc). Sales role-play to gauge experience.
Multiple rounds of interview to get to know the team but also ask me about my experience in sales and managing accounts. Moves really quickly and communications were done via email and text.

Asking about cold calls and sales cycle. Interesting though I got rejected saying I am not fit yet the interviewer had no prior sales experience in sales based on their linkedin profile. His experience was a server and a bartender which does not involve cold calls. The irony of Jr.
