The whole interview process was well organised and conducted. The initial screening was done over Skype, with some basic questions related to Java and other work experience. It lasted for about 45-60 mins.
The next round was with a couple of architects, again over Skype. This time, the questions were testing on deeper understanding of Java along with the ability and willingness to learn new technologies when required. This round too, was about 45-60 minutes.
Soon after that, the HR shared a Git project, which was to be designed and shared with them, to assess the technical on-hand expertise. It was a simple project on Java and ElasticSearch.
The last round was with another architect and the CTO. The CTO made me feel very comfortable talking in-depth about my experiences and choices of technologies. The discussion with the CTO was the final bolt that inspired me to join this wonderful company.
There are lots of challenges on the job, but it is a fantastic place to be working. I'm glad I made this choice.
