First and foremost, thank you for your feedback. Providing an excellent candidate experience is something that we take very seriously and we completely understand your frustration and concerns.
Our company, including our recruiting team, believes in transparency in all we do, and we would never intentionally mislead a candidate. I can confirm that from the date you applied until earlier this week, our team was open to multiple levels, but due to changes in business needs and circumstances, we narrowed the scope of requirements. I understand that this is disappointing news, and while we recognize that this role was not the “right fit” given its new direction, we are happy to visit other opportunities with you in the future.
