I applied in-person. I interviewed at Hirotec Group (Auburn Hills, MI)
Interview
Too many rounds. Using interviews as an introduction to people instead of a filter. No interview planning. Just chitchatting. Someone commented that the CEO must approve every hire, not just the role. Implies that managers have no real control.
the first round was a phone interview, and an in-person second-round interview with project managers was about 45 minutes. interview was smooth and project managers were very understanding. A lot of guidance from the hiring managers and overall a good experience.
