I had an Initial phone interview with the supervisor of the department. I was invited to visit the campus for several days. I interviewed with the entire team and spent four days shadowing various team members. I was able to participate in an event, and the experience enabled me to get a good feel of the job, the people and what it would be like to live on the campus.
