Interview
. Clean and keep tidy the restaurants, kitchens and all food outlets within the hotel
. Clean and sanitize all food service and preparation ware.
. Rack all glassware properly according to type and size to avoid breakage.
. Set and arrange buffet for restaurant and event in designated areas
. Performed additional duties as assigned
. Perform back dock cleaning and maintenance, banquet plating and food running.

They asked me if I am able to wash dishes, clean kitchen areas and able to do event and restaurant buffet setups where they are necessary
Interview was as would be expected including a kick off phone call interview with Human Resources representative and a follow up interview with hiring manager. It was as would be expected.
