Interview
I was called in for an interview. I came in the next day for the interview, it lasted about 30 minutes, very general questions: what do you think this job is about, what do you see for yourself in the next couple years, what kind of customer service experience do you have, etc. Interviewer was very friendly and courteous, she said she would call me if i got the job, she called the next day and offered me the job.

If a guest was upset what would you do to make it better?
They offered 2 round of interviews. First you will be contact for phone call interview. Then you will be contacted for an in person interview in a week with the front office manager and the director of rooms
The interview for the front desk hotel job was great. Although I wasn't offered the role, the interviewer was welcoming, and their questions allowed me to showcase my skills and knowledge for hospitality.
Quick interview process. Got hired January 2021, interview was easy most likely asking situation and you have to answer. They asked about 10 of questions. Easy and quick took me 2days.
