Very easy going and low stress. Come well dressed and prepared. Very friendly questions about your background and why you want to join the industry. Explain why your background fits the position and what you can bring to the company that it might not already have. Make sure you are prepared to explain why you are a good fit for the hospitality industry and what aspects of the industry draw you towards it.

I met with the manager of rooms and then the hr director. They both asked similar questions about previous hotel experience, times where I dealt with an unhappy guest and times I went above and beyond in my role

Easy process and completed in 30 minutes, HR and the hiring manager both were available during the interview. They confirmed the hiring outcome within a week. HR discussed salary and job duties.
