First round was one way interview. Second round was 30 minute interview with HR. Superday was pretty long (3-4 hours) but I felt that each interviewer was kind and helpful.

The first round is on campus, then they will fly you to McLean for the interview. The people in their office are nice, you are expected to have interviews start in the morning and will be done in the afternoon.
