I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Hilton in Jul 2009
Interview
A recruiter was used to select and screen potential candidates; background check, language skills, etc. The recruiter made it crystal clear that Hilton prefers to recruit candidates from the Hotel industry. I can confirm that this is indeed the case. No matter how skilled or suitable you might be for the job, it's all about the hotel experience. The interviewer wasn't a marketer but a former hotel director so I guess he had no idea what cross-fertilization means in marketing.

Question 1
What's the difference between marketing a product and marketing a hotel?
The recruiter was great, I had a clear understanding of what the next steps would be after each round. There were three rounds. Screening, hiring manager and a panel. Didn’t get the offer in the end but my experience was good

It was a virtual interview, you answer 6 questions and submit the videos. Also, one written question. It was good, make sure you review the job position and your experience. There is only a minute to prepare for each question, but you can have 3 tries to get it right.
