Interview process starts with an online assessment. The assessment itself is very strait forward. Atlfter passing the assessment the area VP reached out to me and had a phone interview with me for about 30 minutes. After this step I met with the GM of the property and the position was offered the next day.

Came in had an interview. Was given an offer. Call back to accept the offer and came in and started paperwork and walked hotel and started training on same day. Came back in and will over see front desk

One with HR.
One with Director of Operations.
One with Director of HR.
One with Hotel General Manager.
First 3 interviews have been done via phone, the last one via Skype.
All conversations have been quite direct and covered all areas of the CV as well as about future career plan and development.
