I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Highstreet Mobile Retail (Utrecht) in Apr 2021
Interview
It was average. A few interviews about the candidates' background, motivations, knowing the company, etc. Then, you have a take-home assignment to submit in a couple of weeks maximum, and a follow-up interview about it. This last part is great, since you have the opportunity to explain why some decisions were made. After that, one more interview about soft-skills and, if fine, you get an offer.

Question 1
When reviewing the proposed home assignment, I was asked about Kotlin Coroutines and Flows and how similar/different they are to RxJava/RxKotlin features.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Highstreet Mobile Retail in Jun 2021
Interview
I had two calls. One with HR for a brief introduction and a second one with HR and Head of Client Services. Generic interview with some questions about the e-commerce platforms that they work with. Also some dilema's were put forward with the chose between 2 responses. In the end was not made an offer due to no knowledge of the e-commerce platforms.
Knowledge of these platforms were not mentioned in the job description. If they were I wouldn't have applied. Found it a waste of my time.
