Higher Learning Technologies Senior Software Engineer interview questions

Invited for a phone screen. It wasn't a typical recruiter phone screen, so it caught me off guard. This included two people, one was more of a developer and the other was from the business side of things. They were very nice and we seemed to have a good conversation. The negative rating is because they said they would get back to me the next week, but ghosted me instead with no rejection.
