Interview
It was very easy process their interviewer is super nice. Thank you for the opportunity, unfortunately I had to decline because I got a better opportunity at another doctors office.

Interview
The process was quick, somewhat sporadic.
The thing that threw me of is that Sunil asked that I bring in my pay stubs to my interview in case they decide to extend me an offer. I didn't totally get if I was hearing him right considering the current laws in CA and that an employer cannot ask for salary history. I circled back and tried to clarify if what he meant was my passport as to start the employment process. He said "no your pay stubs but only if you want to." *Side eye* I said that I would never provide a pay stub. He still asked to meet for an interview and provide references. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
The general ebb and flow of the interview was somewhat combative and aggressive.

Question 1
Please provide your pay stub, but only if you want to?

Interview
I agreed to come in for an interview after the “recruiter” (another doctor on staff) kept calling my phone and leaving me voicemails. Upon arrival, I noticed it was a very unprofessional atmosphere in the lobby and when meeting with the Chief Medical Officer. Our interviewed lasted maybe 2 hours and I had already decided halfway through the interview I would not be taking the job. The CMO was pushy, aggressive, and had very little marketing know how, yet kept interjecting with incorrect answers to his own interview questions. He also asked if I was married or had kids, I believe this was asked so he could determine how many late evenings and weekends you could work. After a verbal job offer (not within the salary listed) he asked me to contact him later with references said and would like me to start right away. I ended up blocking all the phone numbers associated with the clinic as well as both doctors, as I began to get nonstop calls throughout the day and remainder of the week. This isn’t a marketing job I would wish on my worst enemy.
