Interview
It firsts start with interview with HR to check if your profile really fits the position, Then there is a case study interview, Lastly, the interview process end with a final interview with management, 3-4 person in total. In my case it Included HR. high management and the manager of the position.
It was good and was a nice, professional, and transparent system. Process is faster and more transparent, but sometimes you need to be more thorough on their product knowledge how they work etc c

Phone screen with recruiter, then hiring manager, followed by panel interview. Discussed company background, skills and experience. Open and transparent that other internal applications were being reviewed. No offer given.
