I had 5 interviews, one with the HR and 4 with several persons from the global marketing team of the Adhesives Division. The process was quite long: They called me after 2 month and then conducted an interview every week. Then two weeks of absolute silence and no answers to my emails. I found it very irrespectful to be ignored and not given any answer - especially after spending 7 hours of interviews with their team. So I wirhtdrew my application. I am not sure what or why that happened, but I give them that the quality of the conversations was really good. The team also has diverse backgrounds and a clear global spirit.
