i had a phone interview with the hr first, though i would appreciate it if they reach out thru email or text first before they call. also, it would've been nice if they acknowledge your replies. they asked for my availability and when i emailed them back, there was no acknowledgement so i was just there waiting for them to call. they didn't call me on my set availability, they called randomly after a few days. the panel interview was difficult for me, maybe because i was too nervous. more on technical questions and your experiences. it's also an open camera interview and is an hour long. although i was holding my breath the whole time, they were trying to ease the tension. it was a learning experience
