2 person panel. store manager and HR fairly informal and the entire process was pleasant. Questions focused mainly on situations that may arise on the job as well as general teamwork and why would you want to work for the company questions.

How would you deal with a customer who has been sold an incorrect good and is becoming aggressive towards you or other members of staff

There was a Range of questions to do with experience in retail, times you worked in customer service and explaining a moment where you worked within a team and what the outcome was

Interview
Video call over Zoom due to Covid-19, and you'll be on call with one HR Rep and one member of management from the store you've applied to. The HR Rep asked questions while the member of management wrote down your answers
