Application through LinkedIn, then interview at their office with the founder, after that I was informed within 2 days about the result. It was a fairly easy interview process and quick response from the organisation

Interview
The complete process was very unprofessional. There were three rounds of interviews including submission of assignment and later personal meeting with the CEO, all in a haphazard manner. The organisation doesn't even have an HR Department, a consultant based in Dehradun was communicating on behalf of them, who acted very unethically while making the job offer. Basically, the complete organisation is a rip off with lots of public generated funds being used for various non-public interests. The organisation also doesn't have any legality on receiving funds. I would discourage everyone from working/interviewing in this organisation due to the complete dubious structure and unethical practices in the name of social welfare.
