Had a recruiter screen, followed by a 60-minute virtual coding interview with a LeetCode-style problem. The process was straightforward, technical, and focused on problem-solving, communication, and clarity throughout the discussion.

Don't recommend interviewing with them. The team was disorganized and it seems like they want "free" work from candidates. The exec team asked irrelevant questions and they clearly don't want to be there. Execs are also leaving the team left and right - so what's the point of having them interview? Its a red flag. Other recruiters on the team seemed unapproachable throughout the process as well - they clearly don't want to get to know you. Overall, this was a waste of time. - This company is hiding behind a "great" reputation and there's nothing else going for them behind the curtain.
