The assessment you do at the beginning I found difficult but somehow passed it! I then got emailed to a telephone interview, the first one didn’t happen for some reason but I rebooked it and it went okay but not sure! Defiantly do research on the history of Heathrow! They said 14 days to be contacted to see if I passed this stage and onto the next.

I applied on 8th March 2019 following online test, then got invitation for telephone interview after passing through telephone interview got an email to book assessment day.
Assessment day consist of face to face interview, role play and a group exercise. My assessment was on Tuesday n received call on Friday that I passed that too with flying colours. Got a start date in September!!

I passed the online situational judgement test. I then had to book in for a phone interview. The phone interview was 20 minutes long. Unfortunately, I received an email the next day to inform me that I was unsuccessful at the phone interview and would not be proceeding with my application.
